User Agreement
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your growth, help you gain clarity, and empower you to move toward your goals. The following sections explain what you can expect, how confidentiality is handled, and the boundaries of the coaching process.
How the coach and client work together
Coaching is a partnership that may involve values clarification, goal setting, brainstorming, assignments, and the use of learning materials. It can also include requests and thought-provoking questions to help you reflect on your choices and lifestyle. The work done together is most effective when both parties are honest and straightforward in conversations. Sessions may be held in person or through tele-coaching, depending on what works best. Any materials provided are for your personal use only and should not be copied or shared.
Privacy and Trust
Everything you share during coaching sessions is treated as private and confidential. The only exceptions are if disclosure is required by law or if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others. Mutual trust and respect are central to this process.
What Coaching Is (and Isn’t)
Coaching is not the same as counseling, therapy, mentoring, mental health care, legal advice, or trauma recovery. It is intended for individuals who are emotionally healthy, well-adjusted, and ready to make positive changes in their lives. The coach's role is to guide and support you in that process, not to provide clinical or professional treatment outside the scope of coaching.
